BOISE, Idaho — Boise Police say there could be more victims after a local pastor is taken into custody on child abuse charges.
Bret Welty, 48, faces a felony charge of sexual abuse of a minor under 16 years of age. Welty is currently in the Ada County Jail. Police say the abuse was reported earlier this month, and Welty knew the alleged victim.
