Boise Police investigate armed robbery

Boise Police are investigating an armed robbery at a pizza restaurant near the intersection of South Broadway Avenue and West Pennsylvania Street early this morning.

Investigators say the robbery was reported just before 2 a.m. 

Police tell us a man entered the restaurant with a knife, demanded cash, then took off with an undisclosed amount of money.

He’s described as a light-skinned, thin man, between 5-foot-9 inches and 5-feet-10 inches tall, and weighing between 150-175 pounds, according to police. He was wearing a dark-colored long-sleeve shirt and dark pants. He is also described as having bloodshot eyes.

No injuries were reported.
