A former pharmacist for a Boise hospital has filed a lawsuit -- alleging she was subject to racist and sexist harassment by multiple employees before being wrongfully terminated after just five months.

According to the complaint filed Friday, Lolettima Johnson says she reported the unlawful discriminatory behavior to several supervisors while working at a St. Luke's Boise Medical Center inpatient pharmacy -- but nothing changed.

Instead, Johnson's lawsuit says her direct supervisor actively worked to end her employment.

A St. Luke's spokeswoman said in an e-mail on Monday the hospital's legal team had not yet seen the complaint. She added that St. Luke's has a well-defined policy on equal employment opportunity protections -- which include race -- and Johnson would have been treated with respect consistent with that policy.
