BOISE, Idaho — Deputies arrested a 50-year-old Boise man Tuesday on a felony video voyeurism charge in connection with an incident in 2018 where he reportedly took a video of himself having sex with a woman -- but didn’t tell her about it.
Raymond Lee Hammons is also charged with a felony probation violation.
“Deputies began their investigation in June, 2018, after being contacted by the victim in the case -- who found the video on the cloud storage of a shared photo account she had with Hammons,” said Ada County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Patrick Orr.
“Detectives developed evidence Hammons shot the video without consent of the victim,” he said.
Ada County prosecutors issued an arrest warrant for Hammons earlier this week.
Deputies arrested Hammons Monday afternoon and booked him into the Ada County Jail, where he is being held on a $25,000 bond.
