Boise District BLM responded to 4 wildfires Tuesday afternoon. Fire crews say they hope to have all of the fires under control by the end of their shift Wednesday.
The Mile Marker 28 Highway 78 fire was reported about 3 miles north of Murphy, it has burned approximately 25 acres.
The Baja fire was reported 10 miles northwest of Grandview, this fire has burned around 208 acres.
The Sommer fire was reported 6 miles southwest of Marsing, it has burned approximately 212 acres.
And the Dale fire was located 6 miles southwest of Kuna, that fire only burned about a half an acre and was under control 2 p.m.
The Boise BLM is urging everyone to take necessary fire precautions while using public lands.
