A bicyclist has been taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after being hit by a vehicle at Parkcenter and Pennsylvania Street at approximately 2:27 p.m.
Witnesses told police that a passenger car headed southbound on Parkcenter struck a male cyclist as he crossed at Pennsylvania.
