Beavers Parachuting into Idaho's Wilderness

Nearly 70 years ago, after the end of World War II, Idaho Fish and Game launched an original plan for getting rid of problem beavers around McCall.  They decided to trap them, box them up and parachute them into the Idaho Wilderness.  Fish and Game released vintage video of the unorthodox wildlife management strategy after years of it being lost.  In all IDF&G dropped more than 75 beavers by parachute.
