It is hard to believe it has been two years since a devastating fire ripped through a strip mall off Broadway Avenue.

Five businesses were destroyed the night before Thanksgiving. All five were forced to close up shop or relocate.

At least one of the shops’ owners never lost hope, and they say they are now more thankful than ever.

It is a different address, in a different Boise neighborhood, but it is still "the talk of the town.”

Cesil and Kar Raphino have spent the last two years hoping to find a permanent place to call their own after their barbershop was one of five businesses destroyed in a fire on Thanksgiving Eve 2014.

They now have another shop of their own to be thankful for this Thanksgiving.
