A high-risk avalanche warning has gone into effect for Galena Summit and the Eastern Mountains.
Conditions are reported to become "very dangerous" as wind conditions increase at higher elevations. Both human-triggered and natural avalanches are possible.
The warning is set to lift on Sunday at 4 a.m.
