Investigators with the Idaho Attorney General’s Internet Crimes Against Children unit arrested a Boise man Wednesday for enticement of a minor.
Investigators arrested Jason Douglas West, 44, after they say he communicated via the Internet to meet a 15-year-old after school for sex. Once West arrived at the meet-up location, he was contacted by police and taken into custody.
The location was not disclosed.
West was booked into the Ada County Jail on one felony count of enticing a minor via the Internet.
Investigators say is an ongoing investigation.

The arrest was a joint investigation between the Ada County Sheriff’s Office, the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, and the US Marshals Greater Idaho Fugitive Task Force.
