Lanes are now re-opened after a head-on crash north of Meridian involving a commercial bus and a white passenger car, where at least one person has been injured.
The collision happened shortly after 7 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Chinden Blvd and Linder Road.
Initially, the call came in to Ada County dispatch as a hit-and-run. But authorities say the car driver’s stopped about two blocks west of the intersection.
Paramedics transported one person to a hospital, according to an Ada County dispatch supervisor. The extent of the person’s injuries is unknown.
Eagle and Meridian Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
