"Shop with a Cop" is back!
The Caldwell Police Department's annual shopping spree included a pancake breakfast, pictures with Santa and holiday shopping with local children.
Officers paired up with Treasure Valley kids and picked out presents at the Caldwell Walmart super-center, shopping for both toys and necessities.
