BOISE, Ida. — Next weekend, Simply Cats is inviting theatre lovers to enjoy a night of, what else, CATS! The beloved musical is hitting the stage courtesy of the Music Theatre of Idaho August 1st through 3rd.
MTI is putting on four performances of CATS: 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 1st, 7:30 p.m. on Friday, August 2nd, and 1:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 3rd. MTI was chosen as one of the very first regional theater companies to perform CATS, beginning in 2006.
Tickets are $24 and can be purchased at the Simply Cats Adoption Center. The full cost of the ticket will be donated to Simply Cats. Less than 100 tickets remain for the shows. People can also enter a raffle for a chance to win four tickets to the August 2nd showtime of CATS. That information can be found here.
Before the fun kicks off at the theatre, Zamzows is hosting Cat-Er-Day on Saturday, July 27th. All 13 Zamzows locations will host a cast member from the CATS musical from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for a meet and greet. You can get your picture made with the cast member for a minimum $5 donation, all going towards Simply Cats.
