BOISE, Idaho — Former Boise State Bronco track star Allie Ostrander has a new honor.

The three-time NCAA champ in the steeple chase now adds a third Mountain West Female Athlete of the Year award to her resume.

"It's nice to go out with this honor and it's actually competitive and high performing conference. So, to be recognized as the best is well surprising and exciting as well," said Ostrander.

Ostrander's time at Boise State may have come to an end but she is not hanging up her running shoes yet. The athlete recently went pro, signing a deal with Brooks Running.
