Otis M. Disbennett is charged with three counts of sexual abuse of a child under the age of 16.

Disbennett was arrested at his home in south Boise on Tuesday, April 12th. He has since posted a $5,000 bond and has been released according to Patrick Orr from the Ada County Sheriff’s Office.
