BOISE, Idaho — The 2019 Albertsons Boise Open is set to tee off Thursday at Hillcrest Country Club. This is the 30th year the tournament has been in Boise.
The tournament brings in golf players from all over the nation, and officials say it puts all eyes on Boise.
"Big events like the Boise Open are huge economic developments for the city of Boise and truly this entire region. When we're talking the Albertsons Boise Open its been going on for thirty years, it is a week long event, and now its televised so it is attracting a lot of attention to Boise," said Lynn Hightower, executive director of the Downtown Boise Association.
Gates open around 7:30 Thursday morning with tee times starting around 7:40. Saturday's third round features a concert from Justin Moore at 6:30.
