Sarah Patterson spends most of her days working at a Starbucks in Boise. She is a meticulous cleaner, but her favorite part of the job is welcoming customers to the coffee shop. She says she often brings out peoples' "good smiles."

That ability served her well when she won the "Miss Amazing" pageant in Idaho, and at the national level. Sarah's mom says her daughter inspires everyone she meets as she advocates for people with disabilities. But Sarah doesn't think much about her own so-called disability. Ask her what hers is, and she'll tell you she wears glasses.

Sarah has spent much time in the past month or so in Hollywood, meeting actors, directors and producers; even interviewing some on the red carpet. At least two of those directors and producers have committed to casting her in upcoming projects. In the meantime she will continue working at Starbucks, and volunteering; bringing out people's "good smiles" wherever she goes.
