BOISE, Idaho — A preview party will be held at the Boise Art Museum ahead of a new art installation opening next weekend. South Korean artist Jae Yong Kim's installation of "Donut Ever Forget Me" is made of hundreds of hand-sculpted and painted ceramic donuts. Each donut is unique, and topped with a high-gloss glaze. The donuts took several days to complete, due to multiple firings in the kiln.
The exhibit officially opens next weekend, but you can attend the preview party with the artist tonight for just ten dollars. Boise Art Museum members can attend for free. The event runs from 5:30 to 8.
