The organizer of a nonprofit organization in Boise says a mini school bus used to transport refugee children for tutoring was vandalized on three different days.

The Dove Mission Initiative offers tutoring for refugee women and children in Boise.

The organizer, who did not want to be named says the bus was parked in the parking lot of the Castle Hills Church of the Nazarene in North Boise.

He says the bus was also tampered with a year ago.

He says he doesn't have any idea why or who would do something like this.

"It hurt not only me, but it hurt the reputation of our area. In 15 years, I've never seen kind of stuff happen in Boise. I've been in the area for 15 years, ya and so I felt very sad and I can't know how to express what happened."

He says the Boise Police Department is investigating the case.
