KUNA, Idaho — A Kuna high school student has minor injuries after being hit by a car near Porter and Kay Streets on Friday morning.
In an email sent to parents from the Kuna School District, the district states the incident was "at" the crosswalk, and the student was on a scooter.
The Kuna Police Department says the driver has been cited, and faces a misdemeanor charge for inattentive driving.
The incident is under investigation.
