3 Pounds of Wings

Wing Sauce

We start off by marinating our wings in our secret marinade for 24 hours.  Once the wings are finished marinating we smoke them for 2 hours at 225 degrees.  Next they are lightly dusted in flour this makes the skin crispy when they are fried.  Once they are dusted with flour they are fried for 2 minutes.  After 2 minutes they are slathered in our Spicy Honey BBQ wing sauce.  They are then plated and garnished with cucumbers, green onion and seasoned with our magic dust and either our house made blue cheese or ranch dressing.
