The Idaho Black Community Alliance is celebrating Black History Month by hosting a Black Excellence Gala.
The gala will celebrate the history of Black hair and fashion, by highlighting styles and the history of hair provided by local small businesses.
The event will be held at Chateu Des Fleur in Eagle on Saturday, February 24, from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Tickets start at $75.
