MERIDIAN — At the Meridian Canine Rescue, a furry friend practiced their yoga poses alongside class participants. During the classes the dogs have free reign to run around and get plenty of scratches from yogis in the class.
"Nobody can take themselves too seriously when you have a dog walking around and playing, and there are toys scattered around, and it's just a great time," said Shannon Lind, yoga instructor.
The event takes place on the first Saturday of every month. It costs 20 dollars, which goes to the Meridian Canine Rescue.
