BOISE, Idaho — January’s winner of the Shine A Light award is the Treasure Valley Community Resource Center.
The local non-profit has been helping people who are having a hard time paying their bills connect with groups who can help them. They also produce an information fair and a phone guide known as The Red Book. Plus, they’re completely run by volunteers!
