BOISE, Idaho — December's Shine A Light Award winner is Handy Hands Reflections.
This heart-warming non-profit was started by Jacki Kelsch 13 years ago. She herself became disabled and wanted to find a way to give back to others. So, she started making scrapbooks for people on hospice care as a way to document their lives. They've now given away more than 1,400 scrapbooks!
