McKenna joins the 6 On Your Side team from the beautiful Northern Utah where she graduated with a degree in News Media from Brigham Young University. There, she was an anchor, reporter, and producer for the Eleven News. While at BYU McKenna worked in Salt Lake City as a producer for the NBC affiliate. She is a loud and proud BYU Cougar, as well as an avid New York Yankees fan.
McKenna has a strong passion for storytelling and being a voice for the voiceless. She believes that everyone has a story, and loves meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures and learning more about what makes them the person they are.
In her free time, you will find her cheering on her Cougars or Yankees, hiking, riding her moped, or planning her next trip to Disneyland.
