BSU MTEN Honored with National Award

Boise State’s men’s tennis team has been named to the ITA National Community Service Award recipient for 2017. This is the first such national honor for the program.

“To win an award like this at the national level is like winning the national championship,” said head coach Greg Patton. “What it does is kind of acts as a gauge to judge the heart and soul of your program and its student-athletes on and off the court. I really believe it shows a sense of passion and compassion for our community which is a big part of our program’s principles and what we teach,” said, Patton

Several players have logged over 80 hours of various community service work through the year,
