Boise State will make its 15th-straight bowl appearance Dec. 27 as it faces Baylor of the Big 12 Conference at the Motel 6 Cactus Bowl at Chase Field in Phoenix, Ariz. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. MT on ESPN.

Boise State enters the Cactus Bowl with a record of 10-2 and went 6-2 in Mountain West play.

The Cactus Bowl will mark the first meeting between Boise State and Baylor, which went 6-6 during the regular season.

Boise State’s streak of consecutive bowl games is tied for sixth-longest in the country. This month’s trip to the Cactus Bowl will be the program’s fourth to Arizona for the postseason, as the Broncos previously won Fiesta Bowls in 2007, 2010 and 2014.

"We're really psyched to be playing this bowl game and to be playing in Arizona again. We have some familiarity with that. That is one thing, Baylor's very good football team. I don't know much about them this entire season. I do know about the history of their program and being in Texas, being in that conference, understanding what they've been able to accomplish, that's exciting for our kids," Said, Head Coach Bryan Harsin.
