The Boise State University Bronco women’s tennis team are currently 3-2 in conference play.

However, a match against Utah State could have big implications for the Mountain West Tournament if the team wins.

A win against the Utah Aggies could give the Broncos only three matches to play in the tournament.

“Coming off three conference wins is big for us. Those two on the road last weekend against Wyoming and Colorado State were no picnics,” BSU Women's Head Coach Beck Roghaar explained. “It’s good to be in control of our own destiny. If we can get through this one on Saturday, we might be able to slide through with a bye into the quarterfinals and into the championship. We would only have to play three matches instead of four down at Fort Collins. There is a lot at stake here.”

The women square off against the Aggies at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 23rd.
