Shakespeare original book tour stops at Boise State University

For the first time in history a First Folio will visit Idaho, and Shakespeare fans are flocking to Boise State University for the opportunity to see the book displaying Hamlet’s speech in which he debates whether “to be or not to be.” 

The exhibit is at the Arts and Humanities Institute Gallery in the Yanke Family Research Park features an original First Folio, containing the first published collection of Shakespeare’s plays, printed in London in 1623.

The public can view the First Folio at the Yanke Family Research Park from August 20 to September 21 from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from noon-5 p.m. on Saturday-Sunday.
