A 25-year-old Kuna man accused of having illegal sexual contact with three teenage girls earlier this year has pleaded guilty.
Jakob Moench is facing one charge of lewd conduct and two charges of sexual battery of a child between the ages of 16-17. The three charges are for different victims, according to the Ada County Sheriff’s Office.
ACSO started investigating Moench in mid-January after receiving information that Moench was having illegal sexual contact with a girl.
The girl was reported as a runaway a few days after the initial report was filed and detectives found the girl at Moench’s home on Saturday morning before taking her home.
After Moench’s mugshot appeared throughout the media, an additional victim came forward.
Moench is being held in the Ada County Jail on a $200,000 bond. He is set for a sentencing hearing in front of 4th District Judge Patrick Owen on June 14.
The crime of lewd conduct is punishable by up to life in prison.
