The Idaho Falls Police Department is investigating an armed robbery Saturday night at the Common Cents at 10th and Boulevard.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic or Native American man. He was wearing a light gray hoodie, dark colored pants, white shoes and one black glove on his right hand.
According to police, officers responded to a robbery report at the Common Cents, 1003 S. Boulevard, around 10:30 p.m. on Saturday. The store clerk said the man came into the store, picked up an alcoholic beverage and waited for the other customers to leave before approaching the counter.
The man drew a handgun out and then put it back into his pocket before demanding cash from the cash register and left the store on foot.
