Former Boise State University football player Dereck Boles is being extradited back to Boise to face charges for felony mayhem.
Boles allegedly got into a fight with a fellow football player in February resulting in the victim’s ear being bit off.
After the fight, Boles was dismissed from the team, according to the IdahoPress Tribune.
The case is sealed by “Court Rule or Judicial Order,” on the Idaho Repository.
