A Caldwell man has been arrested by the Boise Police Department after being accused of having sexual activity with a teenager under the age of 16.
Jose L. Martinez was arrested on Thursday, November 12th in West Boise after police say he was on the way to meet with the victim.
The investigation started on November 9th when BPD was contacted about alleged sexual activity with a teenager and Martinez.
Evidence suggest that Martinez met the teen online, exchanged images and met with the victim on at least two different instances.
Martinez was charged with three counts of felony lewd conduct with a child under 16.
