Just past 11:15 a.m. in Baker City Oregon, a seven-year-old was killed after he fell from a float in the Miners Jubilee Parade and was run over.
Right now the incident is being treated as an accident, but the Baker County Major Crime Team as well as units from the Baker County Sheriff's Office, Oregon State Police and Baker City Police Department are investigating.
