Hoss Grigg, owner of Big Daddy’s BBQ has always been a backyard BBQ enthusiast. For years he studied the art of BBQ and fed his family and friends.  It wasn’t until his sister asked him to cater her wedding did he ever think about turning his hobby into a business.

Hoss and his wife Khaseta have become a strong team.  She handles a lot of the side items while Hoss takes care of the BBQ.  Big Daddy’s BBQ is a true family business.
