We are a family owned and operated restaurant. Our goal is to serve simple food exceptionally. We are a Baja style grille that specializes in Tri Tip, fish, pastas, burgers and sandwiches. The secret to our flavors is the mesquite smoke, citrus, roasted peppers, and fresh vegetables.

Tri Tip Recipe

Perforate Tri Tip

Juice from 2 lemons

Generous portion Worcestershire

Sprinkle, salt pepper, garlic salt

Marinate 45 min to 1 hour

Char both sides with mesquite

wrap in foil and let sit for 5 – 10 mins

Slice and serve or grill each piece to desired doneness
