In Caldwell, the Yotes are getting set for their annual purple and gold scrimmage that will be played tomorrow.  The team has shown strides of developing more depth at defense.  Last season the Yotes allowed nearly 80 yards per game fewer than the 2014 season.

Coach Moroski says the team is still a long way away from being game ready but likes what he is seeing out of his boys in the trenches on the defensive line.

“We are extremely athletic at defensive end and a little bit deeper at defensive tackle.  We are still not as deep as I would like to be but we have some good young players at both the defensive end and defensive tackle position to go with a bunch of returners,” said Head Coach Mike Moroski.
