The Idaho Vandals are on the road this weekend, squaring off with Appalachian State. The Vandals have won back-to-back games, but they’re facing a team that has yet to lose in conference play.
The Mountaineers’ only two losses were to Tennessee and Miami. Idaho has scored 89 points over the last two games and coach Petrino hopes that the effort shown in practice will continue to pay off in the games.
"I think our last three weeks, we’ve had really good weeks of practice, and our guys have really stepped it up and have been working hard and staying after practice every day, and working extra hard, so it was just nice to see that payoff.” says Head Coach, Paul Petrino.
