The past couple of months we have brought you the story of Andre and Adrian Jones, the twin track stars from Mountain View high school. The boys have spent months trying to earn a scholarship to compete at the college level, with the condition that they play together.

Now it looks like that dream has been fulfilled. The brothers both committed to Utah Valley on Friday.

In the recruitment process, the boys visited four different schools and received offers from all over the Northwest, including College of Idaho, Montana, and Idaho State. The duo will leave August 15th for Utah Valley, and along with feeling excited, the dynamic duo is glad the process is finally over.

“It’s just a big relief--knowing that all your hard work is paid off, and you don’t have to scramble searching for a college. You actually know where you’re going,” said Adrian Jones

“It’s a pretty good feeling, finding someplace to run next year. I know that all the hard work I’ve put in is finally paying off and it’s just a relief finally having a place to sign.”agreed his brother, Andre Jones.

The high school season might be over for both of them but the Jones’ brothers will be competing in Bozeman, Montana for regionals at the Junior Olympics.
