Former Boise State defensive coordinator and current California Bears head coach Justin Wilcox is getting some extra cash if he is able to collect some big wins in his first season with the Golden Bears.

Wilcox was Wisconsin's defensive coordinator last season.

It his first head coaching job and he will earn 25,000 in bonus money if he beats Stanford.  Wilcox will get 10,000 for each win against USC, UCLA, and Oregon.  His contract is a five-year deal that runs thru 2021.

He might be the lowest paid coach in the Pac-12 but will still be making some serious cash.  If he is able to pick up 6 wins he will also collect an additional 100,000.
