The Broncos were able to find a way to win the last night, they did struggle at times having 5 turnovers the most since their loss to Utah State last October where the team finished the night having 8 turnovers.

Quarterback Brett Rypien had another strong showing under center throwing over 440 yards and three scores, but did have two costly interceptions that were returned for touchdowns.  It was a game that offense kept pushing on even with the struggles.

McNichols finished the game with 140 rushing yards and a touchdown on 30 carries.  Receiver Thomas Sperbeck caught nine passes for 109 yards and a touchdown.  It was Sperbeck’s 13th-career 100-yard game.  Sperbeck became the all-time leader in receiving yards passing Titus Young he currently sits at 3,139 yards for his career.

“You know Thomas Sperbeck tonight with the record that's awesome.  It’s actually his birthday today so that worked out pretty well.  Jeremy Mcnichols had a big game there towards the end where we were able to run the football.  I’m proud of Brett (Rypien) cause that's hard as a quarterback when you turn the ball over and they score and they score twice and we have found a way to win,” Said, Head Coach Bryan Harsin.
