Boise native Davey Hamilton JR will embark on a big weekend in Indianapolis, competing in 600 laps of competition in two open wheel races in the country.
Hamilton will compete in the 69th annual payless little 500 and the USAC carb night classic this weekend.
His 2017 race schedule has been one of his toughest and includes nearly 70 races across north America.
"I'm extremely excited for the opportunity to compete in these two events during the month of may. Both cars and teams are very strong and will give me what I need to run up front in each race. I can't wait!" said, Davey Hamilton, Jr.
