Big News for a trio of former Broncos, Kamalei Correa, Rees Odhiambo, and Darian Thompson will participate in this years NFL combine. All three players earned all Mountain West honors in 2015. The 2016 NFL combine is set to take place from February 23rd through the 29th at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

Thompson earned four All-America nods for his 2015 performance, being named a second-teamer by the FWAA and PhilSteele.com, to the Associated Press Third Team and an honorable mention by Sports Illustrated. The Bronco safety led the team with five interceptions, bringing his career total to a Mountain West-best 19, and paced the secondary with 65 tackles (37 solo). He was second on the team in tackles, and finished tied for second among all Broncos with 8.5 tackles-for-loss and a pair of forced fumbles.

Odhiambo earned his second-straight All-MW selection (he was a second-team choice in 2014) despite missing the final five games of the season due to injury. The Bronco left tackle was on the preseason watch lists of the Rotary Lombardi Award and Outland Trophy in 2015, and helped anchor the offensive line of a Bronco offense that topped the Mountain West and ranked 15th in FBS in scoring.

Correa started all 13 games for Boise State in 2015, racking up 39 tackles (26 solo) along with team highs of 7.0 sacks and 11.0 tackles-for-loss. Correa's disruption from the STUD end position helped Boise State boast the nation's fifth-best rushing defense with just 108.2 rushing yards allowed per game. His contributions also helped Boise State finish 2015 12th in the FBS in total defense, allowing just 318.3 yards per game.

The 2016 NFL Draft is scheduled for April 28-30 in Chicago.
