BSU Cross Country - XC Picked 2nd in Both Polls

The Mountain West released their cross country preseason poll and both the Boise State men’s and women’s teams were picked to finish second in a vote by the league’s head coaches. Colorado State was picked to win on the men’s side, and the New Mexico women were picked to capture what would be their ninth-straight conference title.

The Bronco men received 43 points and one first-place vote Last year the Broncos took third at the conference championships, finishing behind second-place Colorado State and the champions, Air Force.

The Boise State women’s squad collected 92 points and two first-place votes. The Women took second place. 

Boise State will compete in their first meet of the season on Saturday, Sept. 3 when they travel to Logan, Utah for the Aggie Invitational.
