The Broncos have two remaining nonconference games on their schedule.  They will face Grand Canyon University this Wednesday night at Taco Bell Arena at 7:00 pm.  Then on Monday, they face SMU.

Coach rice has been preaching all year that he wants a packed house for his team, and it should be as they are off to their best 10 game start in school history.

Boise State is 9-1 on the year and they hold an impressive nonconference home winning streak that currently sits at 23 games which is the longest in the mountain west and the 12th longest in the nation.

Add it all up and there is no better time to watch this team ball out on the court against grand canyon on Wednesday.

"They have got a really nice club and I think this is an NCAA tournament team and that's why it's so important for us to have a great game and a great crowd and a good atmosphere.  This is a big one for us,” said Head Coach Leon Rice.

Wednesday's match-up will be a special one as Grand Canyon is coached by "Thunder Dan" Majerle who played 14 years in the NBA.  He is in his 5th season with the Antelopes who are 6 and 2 on the year.
