Boise State begins their season with a 104-65 victory against Eastern Oregon which brings the Broncos’ record in home openers to 41-9. They have won 15 straight, as well.

The 104 points is the most for the Broncos in a single game since March 4, 2017 when Boise State defeated Air Force on the road 98-70.

Four different Broncos finished in double figures with Alex Hobbs leading the way with a careeer-high 21 points.

The sophomore went a perfect 9-for-9 from the field, making him just the second Bronco in school history to finish a game with a perfect field goal percentage with at least nine shot attempts.

Christian Sengfelder scored 15 points in his Bronco debut with four treys (4-for-10). He also led all players in rebounds with nine.

Chandler Hutchison logged a well-rounded game with a team-best six assists, eight rebounds and 20 points. The senior recorded 12 20-point games last season.

Boise State returns to the court Sunday against Southern Utah.
