Broncos hit 26 of 26 free throws to hold off Fresno State

The Boise State men's basketball team turned in a clutch performance late in the second half to hold off Fresno State, 74-67.
The Broncos hit all 26 of their free throw attempts, breaking the previous Mountain West record. Sophomore guard Derrick Marks hit 12 free throws en route to leading BSU with 30 points. Anthony Drmic chipped in 23 points, going 5 of 8 from 3-point range. Forward Ryan Watkins added 10 points and a career-best 18 rebounds.
Boise State led by as much as 11 in the second half, but a 17-2 Fresno State run put the Bulldogs on top 46-43 with 12:33 to play. However, Drmic scored 13 points in the final 9:22 (including 3 threes) to give the Broncos the lead for good.
Boise State improves to 14-4 (2-2 in MWC), while Fresno drops to 7-11 (1-4 in MWC).
