The Steelheads suffered a rare home loss Saturday night in front of a sellout crowd at CenturyLink Arena, falling 4-3 to the Alaska Aces.
Matt Case, Brett Robinson, and Tristan King scored for Idaho, while Mike Baran, Alex Hudson, Zach Harrison, and Nick Mazzolini netted tallies for Alaska.
Idaho is now 16-3-2 at home.
