Three former Broncos- Coby Karl, Reggie Larry, and Jason Ellis- were added to the Idaho Stampede's training camp roster on Wednesday.
On Friday, the Stampede will pad its roster a little more at the annual Developmental League NBA Draft.
Idaho owns 7 selections in the 8-round draft, including the third overall pick. Head coach Michael Peck is still getting adjusted to his new responsibilities as a part of the Trail Blazers' organization, but he knows what to look for Friday evening.
"We're trying to saturate (the team) with a little more youth," Peck explained. "Young and hungry guys... guys that are willing to work and want to get better, and understand the importance and significance of doing those things. Our goal is to develop these guys and help these guys and put these guys in situations where they can be successful and hopefully get a call up and get to the NBA."
